The Quality Control department at WAC Cables is systematically divided into three major sections: Incoming Raw Material Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Testing.

A dedicated low-voltage test field is maintained to conduct routine tests on low-voltage cables. Every delivery drum must pass through the routine test fields before being shipped. 100% of the drums undergo routine testing in compliance with IEC and BS standards. Only after successful testing and logging of results in our ERP system can QC print the final tag for shipment. The test results are securely recorded in our database, ensuring that test certificates can be retrieved at any time without manual intervention.

We source raw materials exclusively from renowned ISO 9001-certified suppliers who are recognized in the global cable manufacturing industry. Before any supplier is added to WAC’s approved vendor list, their materials undergo thorough trial testing. Approved suppliers must comply with documented technical terms of delivery. For every commercial supply, samples from each consignment are rigorously tested before acceptance into the WAC warehouse, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with our stringent standards.
